About Me
I’m Sara, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who knows what it’s like to feel at war with food, disconnected from your body, and stuck in a cycle of shame and self-abandonment.
For years, I tried to fix myself through countless diets, self-help books and trying to craft the perfect wellness rituals. Yet, nothing ever stuck, and I would quickly find myself back in my familiar cycles of self-neglect and chaotic eating. I was exhausted, numb and terrified that I was irreparably broken. I had never been taught that my body already held all of the wisdom that I had spent years looking for elsewhere, and that I needed to learn how to feel safe enough to be fully present with myself and just listen.
Now, I help women overcome binging, emotional eating and the binge-restrict cycle by facilitating a return to their body’s innate intelligence.
My work blends somatic coaching, body awareness and intuitive eating. I teach you how to rebuild trust with your body, not through willpower, but by reconnecting with the wisdom you had all along but have been taught to suppress for so many years.
You don’t need to be fixed - you need to access to a state of calmness and self-acceptance. I am here to support you on your journey as you make peace with food, become attuned to your body’s signals and cultivate a balanced, fulfilling life.
You deserve to feel nourished and grounded by your choices and practices surrounding not only what you eat, but all of the other areas of life “off your plate,” as these too have the potential to bring deep joy and satisfaction to your mind, body and soul.

The role of nervous system safety in healing emotional eating and self-sabotage
How obsession with food is a form of self-silencing, and that healing your relationship with food frees up time, energy and space for you to connect, create and thrive.
I offer a three-month program, consisting of 12 weekly one-hour calls conducted via Google Meet. I provide a safe space for self-exploration and support in unlearning harmful beliefs picked up from diet culture, as well as cultivating a mindset around food which feels struggle-free and soul-satisfying.
